Scoot Fast Cruises reserves the right to vary the schedule without liability from the passenger for any reason.
Scoot Fast Cruises may also cancel, delay or vary the trip due to bad weather or for any other reason related to passenger and crew safety.
In the event of a trip canceled by Scoot Fast Cruises because of a major problem with the vessel, Scoot Fast Cruises shall refund any money that has been paid by the passenger direct, or any funds already paid by an agent to Scoot Fast Cruises on the passenger’s behalf.
The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to the agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
Scoot Fast Cruises may also cancel, delay or vary the trip due to bad weather or for any other reason related to passenger and crew safety.
In the event of a trip canceled by Scoot Fast Cruises because of a major problem with the vessel, Scoot Fast Cruises shall refund any money that has been paid by the passenger direct, or any funds already paid by an agent to Scoot Fast Cruises on the passenger’s behalf.
The passenger is responsible for collecting any funds paid to the agents which have not yet been paid to the company.
Scoot Fast Cruises may not provide a refund to a passenger in the event that a trip is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions or by the direction of the Indonesian Government or relevant Harbor Master.

In the event the passenger cannot re-schedule, then Scoot Fast Cruises reserves the right to offer a refund.
No refunds will be given for an Open Ticket due to limited seat availability.
